Awesome Workmen.

The English Office sent me this photo. It's a shot of some workmen installing bollards [in plenty of concrete] to stop nurses from parking on the pavement outside the Royal Hospital in Belfast .   They are cleaning up at the end of the day.

The photo was accompanied with the question: How long do you think it will be before they realise that they can't go home?

Simply genius.

Booty

After talking about my recent good fortune I thought it only fair that I share this with you.

You'll be pleased to know that since I posted about how much international bounty was waiting for me in my spam folder - if only I would just hand over my bank details - that I now have 35 new emails informing me of other such luck. One of them promising over $5,000,000!

I wonder if Mr. President Good Luck Ebele Jonathon (GCFR) President Federal Republic of Nigeria and
MInistry of Finance is aware of this (I've got an email from him too).

Following in Family Footsteps.

Text from sister regarding niece -pictured here three (?) years ago.

'Nearly Eight-year-old, stop that noise, it's not very pleasant'. Says her mother.

'But I'm just trying to burp the alphabet!'

That's my niece.

*Glows proudly and wonders if she inherited her burping skills from her aunt, uncle or grandfather.*

Things you never want to discover in your home.

Like things you really, really don't want to discover.

Needless to say, I don't live there anymore.

Beware of Yogi.

I have been a little quiet of late due to pulling some large hours.

However a girl can't really complain when it's involved travelling at 140 kilometres an hour in a car and helicoptering above the Sky Tower. (And no I haven't turned into a professional crime - even though I do think it does sound quite glamourous).
But I have to say, while the Sky Tower is very impressive from the side, it's not its best angle from above - just a little pin beneath you. Put it this way, aliens wouldn't be writing home about it.

And now we're heading into Easter. I'm not complaining when it's April and today we're looking at a high of 25. Yay.

Anyhou, I hope you all have happy and safe Easters and, remember, watch for bears on the golf course.

Tootle pip.
