I'm waiting for Top Gear to call.

Some time ago I got a new car, not a brand-new car, but a new car.

After I bought it I discovered it had one of those backing-sensor thingys.

It goes like this.

Beeeeeeeeep.

Beeeeeeeeep.

Beeeeeeeeep.

Beeeeeeeeep.

Beepbeepbeepbeepbeep beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepTHUD!

Don't ask.

What else do you have in common with Tiger Woods?

Leeann, I am pleased it made someone laugh!

Homepaddock, my sympathies go out to your driver.

Stephen, does my father and his caddie sharing the same taste in shoes count?http://laughykate.blogspot.com/2009/02/some-years-ago-when-my-mother-took.html

Beep, thud, ouch, embarrassed?

I would have been if there were witnesses to the fact!

On Wednesday, the company car made a similar noise;although, I thought it ended with more of a thump sound.

Or you could just judge the distance using your amazing human abilities such as eyesight and depth perception?

I have reversed every car I own into underground car park pillars.

Hiya Tim, and welcome to the Beeeep-Thud/Thump Club.

Holemaster, I applaud that type of reversing.

They install bumpers on a car for a reason. Italian drivers don't need a beep they go straight for the thud/thump...

Aren't dings on the backs of cars badges of honour in Italy?
