Burning Question

If an orange is called an orange, why isn't a lemon called a yellow?

Next, explain "grapefruit". Do they grow on a vine?

I think someone misheard someone saying 'Now this is a great fruit.' Except maybe that person had an accent so the other person heard 'gwrape fruit.'

And so the fruit was named.

But which came first, the colour or the fruit? Mm?

And what did they mishear when they heard "whortleberry"?

Jo, it's gotta be the fruit! But then, I wonder what the chicken would have to say about that.

Tinman, whoever it was definitely underwater when they heard it.

Janie- I'm going to steal that and run with it!
