The English Office sent me this photo. It's a shot of some workmen installing bollards [in plenty of concrete] to stop nurses from parking on the pavement outside the Royal Hospital in Belfast . They are cleaning up at the end of the day.
Simply genius.

Every now and then we Irish wonder why we have a reputation for being thick.
And then every now and then we do something like this.
I think that type of behaviour should be applauded.
Cause it's exactly the type of thing I would do, Tinman.
