Question.

Should I be concerned that I potentially have a little too much on my plate when I get to the car to discover I've put the remote control in my handbag and not my telephone?

That depends. You could always give the blunder a positive spin saying that's the way you lighten your stress load, by avoiding those pesky urgent phone calls....

Yes, you should be very concerned. But how about my son was using the house phone, go in the car and proceeded to drive and talk on it until it cut off on him.

I'm liking the cut of your jib, Janie !

And welcome Totsymae. And I'm liking the way your son's brain works.

Welcome to my world...

It's all downhill from here.

Hello Tilly Bud! Oh well, I'm just going to have to embrace the slide down the hill.

Can you change traffic lights with the remote control as you get near them?

Hello Tilly Bud! I look forward to the slide!

Now you're talking, Tinman. I'm now seeing all the potential possibilities...

Or you're pregnant! Bwah ha ha.... (or in my case the mother of a small toddler!)

No Esther, just mildly deranged!

That is funny. I have never done that but for some reason, it reminds me of two things that I have done:
1)I often try to open the front door with my car's remote locker/unlocker (it doesn't work)
2) I once almost took one of our cats to work with me, as he was sleeping in a bag of towels that I was going to get gift wrapped for a wedding gift. Fortunately, he woke up and stuck his head out of the bag before I got out of the driveway.

Hiya Patti!

I LOVE number two. (However number one is also quite special!)
