I am weird.

I am the type of person who is constantly boring people senseless with my dreams ( yes, I understand other people's dreams are excruciatingly boring, but really this one is different, promise!)

But last night I experienced something that has never happened to me before.

I was having a dream (no idea what it was) and I started laughing. But I wasn't just laughing in my dream, I actually physically started laughing and woke myself up. And as I was waking up I thought, 'I'm laughing because of (insert:reason that I was laughing that I have since forgotten) and it wasn't even that funny.'

And then I went back to sleep.

Maybe my dreamself has a much lower threshold for humour.

Aw, that's sweet, not weird. there's only one thing better than waking up laughing...

The Nestling Sparrow laughs in his sleep. It is one of the most beautiful, happy, wonderful sounds I have ever heard. It's nothing like how he laughs when he's awake. When I hear it, it makes me feel like all is right in the world, and something wonderful is going to happen.

So go on, have a wee laugh while you sleep.

There was something about a cup and a sword and a tree and a green hill ...

I'd a dream recently where I was on a quiz show and said "what's the difference between a fart and bagpipes?", and when they said "I don't know" I said "well, here comes bagpipes", and woke up curled up & giggling in a corner of the bed.

Just think, laughing yourself awake is better than crying yourself to sleep...
